    E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (JOHOR BAHRU) - FULL-TIME

    Responsibilities:

    • Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
    • Work closely with the e-commerce operations team with on-boarding to hit online sales targets:
      • Shoot and measure merchandise
      • Edit and upload products
      • Order fulfilment
      • Warehouse management
    • ⁠Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
    • ⁠Work closely with SG e-commerce ops team to ensure delivery and logistics are handled smoothly
    • Coordinate with part-timers to plan monthly work schedule
    • ⁠Provide customer support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
    • Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
    • Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
    • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
    Requirements:

    • Diploma/degree in the related field
    • Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
    • Good command of English
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
    • Able to work independently in a team and show a good level of initiative
    • Able to commute office located in Johor Bahru

    MARKETING INTERN

    Internship Period: From December 2024

    As an intern in REFASH, you will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You will play a key role in building REFASH's branding.

    Responsibilities:

    Work closely with the Marketing team to:
    •  Assist with copywriting of online and offline marketing collaterals and execution of online marketing activities
      • Strategize online sales campaigns to work towards monthly sales target
      • Support in planning and execution of interactive ads and social media content for all our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok)
      • Spot trends and create content ideas with viral potential
      • Strengthen SEO of the website through blog posts
    • Plan sustainable fashion events
    • Assist to onboard and build relationship with KOLs and Brand Ambassadors
    • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
    • Other ad hoc tasks
    Requirements:

    • Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
    • Proficient in written and spoken English
    • Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
    • Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Spreadsheets & Slides
    • Self-initiative, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
    • A keen eye for aesthetics and details
    • Able to commute to office located in Kuala Lumpur

As part of the E-Commerce Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping REFASH's online growth in the next few years.     Salary: Up to RM13*/hr
    *Min. 40 SKUs for half shift
    *Min. 80 SKUs for full shift
    If minimum requirement is not met, you will be paid RM1 per SKU

    • Picking and packing for fulfilment of online orders
    • Inputting data in fulfilment system
    • Quality checks before dispatching orders
    • Checking of inventory in warehouse
    • Assisting in monthly warehouse inventory packing
