MARKETING INTERN

Internship Period: From June 2024

As an intern in REFASH, you will function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities. You will play a key role in building REFASH's branding.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the Marketing team to:

Assist with copywriting of online and offline marketing collaterals and execution of online marketing activities

Strategize online sales campaigns to work towards monthly sales target
Support in planning and execution of interactive ads and social media content for all our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok)
Spot trends and create content ideas with viral potential
Strengthen SEO of the website through blog posts

Plan sustainable fashion events
Assist to onboard and build relationship with KOLs and Brand Ambassadors
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

Ideal if can commit to a 6 months period with us
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in written and spoken English
Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Spreadsheets & Slides
Self-initiative, proactive, and have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for aesthetics and details

PART-TIME E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a highly motivated, efficient and detail-oriented candidate who can help us with product photography and recording of products' descriptions and measurements! As part of the E-Commerce Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping REFASH's online growth in the next few years. There will be ample opportunities for career growth within the company.

Salary: RM13*/hr

*Min. 40 SKUs for half shift
*Min. 80 SKUs for full shift

If minimum requirement is not met, you will be paid RM1 per SKU

PART-TIME E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS PACKER

Assisting in monthly warehouse inventory packing
