  • Providing excellent customer service

As a REFASH Assistant Retail Partner, you will be at the forefront of managing our offline stores, with full responsibility for achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring that store operations run smoothly. This role will also prepare you for future growth opportunities within the REFASH organisation, allowing you to shape the success of our stores through innovative sales strategies, team management, and strong business ownership. At REFASH, we are committed to developing our talent. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain regional exposure and progress into higher roles within the organisation, managing our business across key markets in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Background
    • Minimum of 3 years in sales operations, retail management, or a similar role.
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing store performance.
    • Experience working in a multi-store or multi-location retail environment is preferred.

  • Skills & Competencies
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, including event planning and store launches.
    • Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive solutions.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills for lease and vendor management.
    • Leadership and team motivation capabilities to support ARP well-being and performance.

  • Other Requirements
    • Willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
    • Flexibility to work during store openings, events, and peak business periods


[KUALA LUMPUR] FULL-TIME BUSINESS & E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Business & E-commerce Operations Executive. This hybrid role requires a strong multitasker who can manage operational workflows across leasing, store activities, business metrics tracking, managing digital e-commerce platforms while also supporting occasional event coordination.


Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, retail management, or E-commerce preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data tracking tools and familiarity with E-commerce platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good time management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated, efficient and detail-oriented candidate who can help us with our online fulfilment! As part of the E-Commerce Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping REFASH's online growth in the next few years. There will be ample opportunities for career growth within the company.

Salary: Up to RM14*/hr
*Min. 40 SKUs for half shift
*Min. 80 SKUs for full shift
If minimum requirement is not met, you will be paid RM1 per SKU

  • Product photography
  • Product measurement
  • Product description

Requirements:

  • Good command of English
  • Using iPhone and owns a personal laptop
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Able to describe clothes and familiar with fashion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented, efficient and motivated
  • Must be able to commute to JB City Square (📍City Square Tower)
