We accept Womenswear, Menswear Activewear & Modest Wear. We do not accept T-shirts, Sleepwear, Intimates, Swimwear & Kidwear.

Get paid for your accepted items within 30 working days or receive instant payout at an Instant Cash Out event! All unaccepted* items are either returned to you or donated to partnered recycling facility.
*Terms differ between daily drop-offs and Instant Cash Out events. Please check with the store staff before agreeing to the terms.

Payout Estimator
Your Payout value is dependent on your apparels, based on all of these factors: Brand, Trend, Condition, Material, Popularity and Type of apparel. Depending on these factors, your accepted clothes are categorised into 3 tiers which will fetch the respective amount.
Do note that a piece of clothing from a "Tier A" brand does not necessarily fetch a Tier A payout amount as it is subjected to its trend, condition, material, popularity and type as well.

You may drop off your clothing anytime, ONLY at REFASH @ 3 DAMANSARA. Do take note that daily drop-offs across other outlets are not accepted. You can opt for our Instant Cash Out events happening from time to time —Follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our mailing list to be notified!
Get paid within 30 working days if you drop your items off at our 3 Damansara store, while you get paid instantly at an Instant Cash Out (ICO) event. However, ICO events happen on an occasional basis. If you’re looking to declutter as quickly as possible, we’d suggest you to drop your items off at our 3 Damansara store instead! For more information on our daily drop-offs, click here.
We conduct our Instant Cash Out events on a bi-monthly basis. So, please keep a lookout on our socials. Follow our Instagram and Facebook for updates.
We cannot guarantee the wait, as it is subject to the turnout rate on the day of the event. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in adhering to the maximum limit of 100pcs per person. This helps us to process more efficiently and reduce the turnaround time for each seller.
Yes, we accept clothes from any brand but they are subjected to evaluation. Please refer to the Payout section above to learn more about how we determine payout amount.
Yes! REFASH strives to inspire a new generation of consumers to think secondhand first. With this mission in mind, we are proud to share that we now accept Modest Wear!
Yes, we are pleased to announce that we are accepting Activewear too!
Apologies, we do not accept shoes, bags or accessories at the moment.
At REFASH, our mission is centered around extending the life of clothing as long as possible, including items that may not meet our stringent quality guidelines - which is why sellers can either retrieve their rejected items or have us donate on your behalf.
Clothing released for donation are directed to our partnered recycling facility, Lifeline Clothing Malaysia, an ISO-certified textile recycling company committed to minimizing fabric waste pollution in Malaysia.
