Here's what happens to your rejected items.
At REFASH, our mission is centred around extending the life of clothing for as long as possible. Clothing that does not meet our curation and quality guidelines for resale are sent to our partnered recycling facility, Life Line Clothing Malaysia. Life Line Clothing Malaysia is ISO-certified and is dedicated to minimising the fabric waste pollution in Malaysia while diverting textiles away from landfills.

Under REFASH's increasing efforts to expand accessibility to thrift for secondhand clothing and sell preloved items, REFASH participated in Ketuk-ketuk Festival, the first EV-powered Green Bazaar in Malaysia, curated by Eco World Group.

Switched to Biodegradable Poly Mailers
REFASH uses eco-friendly and biodegradable poly mailers. When dispatching larger online orders, REFASH will opt for reusable bags or cardboard boxes. We are committed in becoming climate positive by constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint.
