ORDERS & PAYMENTS:
You do not have to be a member to shop online, but we strongly encourage all customers to join our membership program to accumulate points from your online transactions to offset future purchases! For more information on our membership program, please visit our Rewards page here.
Unfortunately, no amendments can be made once the order has been submitted.
REFASH will take 2-4 working days to process your order after the payment has been verified. Courier delivery will take another 3-7 working days. If you opted for self-collection, you will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup. For more information, please visit our Delivery & Self-Collection page here.
If an item is missing, please contact us at hello@refash.my with your order number and the name of the missing item. Our team will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can within the next 1-2 working days.
Yes, contact us at hello@refash.my with your order number and a snapshot of the defect within 7 days of receiving/collecting your purchase. You will receive an acknowledgement email from us within 2-3 working days. After which, you may proceed to return the item to us for a cash refund. Unless the item is returned due to a defect, all refunds will be processed in terms of REFASH credits (RM1 = 10 Points). For example, if you are entitled to a refund of RM19, you will be given 190 Points, where you will be able to redeem the points for rewards that you may utilise at our online store or offline stores*. Our prices differ based on the demand from our customers and our planned marketing campaigns. In this case, we will not be able to provide any form of refund for any price differences.

Log in to your account via the REWARDS widget on the left hand side of the page or click here. Click into 'Rewards' to view the different rewards you can redeem.
Simply create an account here. After which, you officially own a Thrifter account! Click on the REWARDS widget on the left hand side of the page and you will be able to access your account from there!
If you have already signed up to be a member at one of our offline stores and this is your first time shopping on our website, you are still required to create an account to access your Thrifter account online. You can do so instantly here! Do create an account using the same registered email address as your existing Thrifter account.
This means that you are already an existing member of REFASH. As the Welcome Points program was only rolled out to new members starting from 9th June 2021, you did not receive the Welcome Points.
