REFASH will take 2-4 working days* to process your order after the payment has been verified.

*Working days exclude Weekends and Public Holidays

Local Courier Delivery

Local courier delivery is chargeable at RM15 per order and delivery takes 3-7 working days. Delivery will be FREE if you spend RM99 and above in a single order - the FREE delivery option will be shown automatically at checkout.

• In the event whereby a failed delivery is made, the courier company will re-deliver over the next 1-2 working days (up to 2 re-delivery attempts).  

• REFASH will not be liable for any missing parcel for orders made under Local Courier Delivery.
  

 

Self-Collection

Pickup option is now available at REFASH X ALL TO GATHER Collab Store (LGP09 @ JUMPA, Sungei Wang Plaza). You will be notified via email or SMS when your order is ready for pickup.

• Order has to be collected within 5 working days from the date of notification

• Please take note that your order will only be kept in our warehouse for a maximum of 5 working days, starting from the date your order is ready for collection.

 Any unclaimed parcels beyond the collection period will be subjected to a late collection fee of RM3/day. Payment of late collection fees has to be cleared prior to collection.
