If you decide that an item isn't the right fit for you, you can now submit a return request via our self-serve returns portal here. Only return requests that are submitted within 7 days of receiving the order will be entertained.
For your item to be eligible for a return, please ensure that it fulfils the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the same condition in which you received them
- Not bought under 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' campaigns
- Not a Gift Card
- Original delivery cost will not be refunded
- Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed
- Refunds will be processed in terms of REFASH credits (RM1 = 10 Points)
For example, if you are receiving a refund value of RM40, you will be given 400 Points, where you will be able to redeem the points for rewards that you may utilise at our online store or offline stores*

Please note that we only accept returns for items bought online. Items bought at any of our offline stores are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
