REFASH Thrifter Club consists of 3 tiers: Thrifter, Super Thrifter, Ultimate Thrifter.
To become a Thrifter, simply join our REFASH Thrifter Club – it's completely free! To become a Super Thrifter, spend an accumulated amount of RM1000 in your tier cycle. To become an Ultimate Thrifter, spend an accumulated amount of RM1500 in your tier cycle.
Your tier is based on how much you’ve spent per 12 month period. Being a Thrifter is free. To upgrade to a higher tier, keep choosing used on REFASH!
You can check your tier by logging in to your Thrifter Club account and clicking on ‘Rewards’ on the left side of the screen. Alternatively, you can click here.
Your tier cycle starts from your first spend after joining the membership program and lasts for 12 months. In an event of an upgrade, your new tier cycle will start from the date of upgrade and lasts for 12 months thereafter.
For members who joined the membership program BEFORE 30 Aug 2023:
If you have spent RM1 - RM999 between 1 Jan 2023 and 30 Aug 2023, you are a Thrifter and your tier cycle starts from your first spend on or after 1 Jan 2023 and lasts for 12 months
If you have spent between RM1000 - RM2499 between 1 Jan 2023 and 30 Aug 2023, you are automatically upgraded to a Super Thrifter and your tier cycle starts on 30 Aug 2023 and lasts for 12 months
If you have spent RM2500 and above between 1 Jan 2023 and 30 Aug 2023, you are automatically upgraded to an Ultimate Thrifter and your tier cycle starts on 30 Aug 2023 and lasts for 12 months
In an event of an upgrade, your new tier cycle will start from the date of upgrade and lasts for 12 months thereafter
You can view your points balance and check the amount needed to spend for you to upgrade to the next tier by logging in to your Thrifter Club account and clicking on ‘Rewards’ on the left side of the screen. Alternatively, you can click here.
Simply provide our retail staff with your mobile number or email address when you thrift in-store and your points will be automatically added in your Thrifter Club account. At the same time, you can accumulate spends on your purchases.

Monthly rewards are available for redemption under 'Discover' for the whole month, and are limited to 1 redemption per month. Once you have redeemed the monthly reward, the reward will be available for use under 'My Rewards'.
Monthly rewards can only be used with a min. spend of RM100 and expire 7 days from date of redemption. Expired rewards will not be reinstated regardless of reason.
Your birthday reward is automatically triggered on the 1st day of your birthday month and is available for redemption under 'Discover' for the whole month. Once you have redeemed the birthday reward, the reward will be available for use under 'My Rewards'.
